Relaxation

Relaxation refers to the state of body and mind that is free from tension, stress and anxiety. For some it can be gained from a variety of situations, such as a long soak in the bath, listening to music or going out for a walk, but for others, specific techniques or types of relaxation therapies are preferred. We offer many techniques and therapies to help with relaxation

Relaxation techniques are popular among many for reducing worry - helping people to gain control and a sense of mindfulness. These are a set of exercises designed to help slow down your breathing and heart rate, while lessening muscle tension and blood pressure in a process often referred to as the relaxation response.

Others however, will find complementary therapies such as hypnotherapy for relaxation to be more effective for reaching a calm and deeply relaxed state.
